Add a Watermark to an Image

Stamp text or a logo on one photo or on a whole batch: single mark, any of 9 positions, or tiled across the image. Live preview, nothing is uploaded.

How to use

  1. Choose one image, or several at once; every image gets the same settings.
  2. Pick text or a logo. For text, include the purpose and, if you like, the date, for example "Copy for rental application, 24 Oct 2026".
  3. Choose tiled or single mark. Tiled repeats the mark at your angle with adjustable row and column gaps; single places it at one of nine positions.
  4. Adjust size, opacity, rotation, colour and outline in the live preview until the document is still readable and the mark is clearly visible.
  5. Pick the output format and quality, then download. Several images can be saved as one ZIP. Originals are never changed.

Limits

A watermark makes casual reuse harder but does not stop a determined person, and it cannot be undone from the saved copy, so keep your original. Some official uploads reject marked documents; check the requirements first. The preview shows the first image; all images use the same relative size and position. HEIC photos must be converted first. Very large batches depend on your device memory.

FAQ

Are my images uploaded? No. The mark is drawn in your browser.

Will the watermark hide my text? Use a lower opacity, a smaller size or larger gaps; tiled marks at 30–40% opacity usually keep a document legible.

Can I add my logo? Yes. Choose "Logo / image"; transparent PNGs keep their transparency.

Does it work on PDFs? Use Add watermark to PDF, which marks every page or a page range.
